Vendor/Advertising Information

Thank you for your interest in Bazaar Sundays in South Bend!

We welcome locally talented citizens from our area and give them the opportunity to display their crafts in a small, retail shop setting.  This opportunity is only available to our small business owners who do not have their own store front, or are looking for a place to display their items for sale. If this describes your business, then we have created this event just for you.

Our Bazaar Sundays consist of handcrafted jewelry, health and beauty, specialty items, antique and vintage items that have been salvaged, or repurposed, as well as second hand findings that have been given a new look.

If you would like to be considered as a vendor for Bazaar Sundays, click on the Vendor Registration/Application link below.  You will be directed to a form that must be completed online and submitted to us.  Your submission of this form does not guarantee your business a reservation or acceptance to this event.  Each submission will be reviewed, and if selected to participate, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Spaces for our events are assigned based on our quality standards and keeping a diverse selection of items for our visitors.   In addition, selected vendors who maintain continuous participation in this event will be recognized.  Therefore, vendor seniority is of the utmost importance to us.  Please keep in mind that seniority recognition is based on the vendor's continual adherence to Bazaar Sundays' Rules and Regulations.


Vendor Advertising Only

So, you say you can't participate in Bazaar Sundays' events or that your craft is dedicated to custom orders only and you do not have any need for table space.  What if you were able to advertise your business at the event without having to be there? What if you had a special space for your business cards or portfolio, or both? Well, we can handle this for you!   

All advertiser information will be displayed during the event as if the vendor were physically there.  The display will consist of the business name along with the information provided by the advertising vendor (i.e. business card, photo(s), printed descriptions).  There is a small fee for this option beginning at $6 for a business card display and $10 for a display including photos.  There is an additional $5 for photo/information printing.
